At least we won't starve.

Well, I certainly cannot anticipate the joys (and trials -surely more joys, right!?!) that await the MP and I when BBP comes out to play...but after this past weekend, it's a safe bet we won't be experiencing them while hungry.

I started out with four freeze-able recipes

a whole bunch of ingrediants (promise, I only cooked with the wine)

one super fun Saturday night later, I had this to show:

and thanks to my dear friend WH, I didn't have these to show until Sunday night (but it sure was fun to have the phone call and diversion on Saturday!)

Finally, at the end of all this...not too shabby!

The rest of my weekend was equally uneventful but productive. I got the carseat checked out (and suprisingly had installed it correctly!) on Sunday afternoon and spent the rest of the weekend relaxing, dog walking, pool going, oh, yeah...and eating. LOTS of eating. I am worried BBP may be a big one.

Cannot wait for MP to be back on Friday, hopefully have a nice holiday weekend followed by a birth perhaps!!!
